Very simple but delicious, Garlic Octopus with Olive oil
蛸のガーリックオリーヴオイル煮
簡単で美味しいスペインのタパス風なお料理です。これにおいしいパンがあれば大満足!

  • one or two leg of  Cooked octopus  (please see page 'Taro roots with Octopus, Japanese NIMONO')
  • 1Tbs Garlic grated (you can use as mach as you want to )
  • 1/4cup to 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • 1/4cup Parsley
  • 1tsp crushed dry chili paper ( option)
  • Black paper

  1. Heat the oven for 400 degree. 
  2. put the all ingredients expect Black paper in to grille pan. 
  3. Cook in the oven about 15 to 18  minutes. 
  4. Serve immediately to the table put fresh crashed black paper as you wish,
  5. please be careful it is very hot,

柔らかく煮たタコと(里芋と蛸の煮物を参照してください)すりおろしたニンニク1かけ分とパセリ、お好みで赤唐辛子、を耐熱皿に入れ、200度に熱したオーヴンにいれて15分から18分程焼いて仕上げに黒こしょうを挽いて出来上がりです。やけどに注意して熱々をお召し上がり下さい。

My favorite cabbage soup. Cook with pressure cooker, easy and delicious ! 
圧力鍋で作るキャベツスープ、キャベツの甘みがトローリお口に広がります。

  • 1 tbs olive oil 
  • 1 Onion  slice 
  • 1 Cabbage cut 6 -9
  • Soup powder 
  • 2cup chicken soup
  • 69g bacon or ham or Prosciutto fat

  1. in the pressure cooker, cook any meat with olive oil for 3 minutes 
  2. turn off the heat and add slice onion to the pan
  3. add Cabbage 
  4. add soup powder and chicken soup 
  5. close the pan with pressure cooker lid, and turn stove on medium high heat .
  6. After steam comes turn stove to low heat cook for 15 minutes, 
  7. after turn off heat, take steam off completely ( please flow the instruction of you pressure cooker)
  8. Open the lid, and serve,

里芋とタコの煮物 Tarro roots with Octopus, Japanese NIMONO

蛸はじっくり一時間紅茶のティーバッグで煮ます。
里芋は2度にこぼしてみりんとだしでことことある程度やわらかくなるまで煮て、
そこに別に煮ておいたタコを入れます。そこにお醤油を入れて味を煮含めます。
美味しく煮えました。

  • one fresh Octopus 
  • water for cooking Octopus
  • 3 black tee bags 
  • 10 small taro potato
  • half cup Mirin 
  • half cup soy sauce 
  • 3 Tbs Sugar 
  • 1cup Dashi or water 

    1. put Octopus deep pan with water and  tee bags cook for 45 minutes to1hour 
    2. clean and peel taro potato put into the pan and boil them and throw away the water. You do this couple of times 
    3. put back potato to the pan and add dashi, mirirn, and sugar cook for 20 minutes of potato become medium tender 
    4. cut cooked octopus and put in to the taro potato pan and add soy sauce and cook 10 minutes more with Otoshifuta which is the cover a little smaller size the pan, you can make this aluminum foil or baking paper
